Clinic Supplies Canada offers a graduated shipping table that rewards customers for placing larger orders. Larger orders save money, time, and lessen the carbon footprint by reducing energy and fuel consumption required for preparation and transport. Clinic Supplies Canada has also taken action to reduce the number of shipments an order arrives in; an average order can now be expected to arrive in only two shipments. One load will contain clinical supplies, and the other load will contain office supplies. (This is true for orders that contain in-stock and ready to ship items). If an item is backordered, it can add it to the next load OR send a separate load if needed.
Clinics located in major cities can expect delivery of in-stocked office supplies within 1-2 business days. For clinical supplies, please refer to Figure 1, above.

All new products have been distributed to and tested by members of the clinical community have been determined to be suitable replacements. their original packaging to be returned

Did an item arrive
defective, or did you receive the wrong one? Clinic Supplies Canada now offers
quick correction of incorrect orders within 10 working days of receipt.
An authorization number is
required for all returns. Return shipping and handling will be reimbursed for
defective products and order discrepancies only.

Flexible Payment Options
In order to make shopping online easy for all Clinic Supplies Canada customers, CSC offers three payments options:
Monthly Billing – No payment is required at the checkout. Simply choose the Monthly Billing option, and proceed. An invoice will be mailed to the clinic each month. This invoice is a payable by cheque or automatic billing directly from a bank account. (Contact 1-877-855-8818 to setup automatic billing) Clinics must be approved for monthly billing and a credit check may be required.
Credit Card – Pay the owing balance instantly using a Mastercard or Visa at the checkout.
Paypal – Pay securely from a bank account or with a credit card.
Multi-Store Navigation
Just because Clinic Supplies Canada is divided into five stores doesn’t mean you’ll have to checkout separately for each one! All five stores are connected, and allow access to all products. Change stores freely by using the ‘Select Store’ drop down located at the top of the page. Your one login will work in all five stores, and all products in your ‘cart’ will be carried from store to store.
The purpose of the multi-store setup is to provide a more specific categorization, and to narrow the scope of products to the type of clinician viewing the website.
